Our partnering team is integrated and designed to incorporateearly input from experts in business development, R&D and commercial. Our team has extensive experience in identifying synergistic opportunities which are complementary to our capabilities and facilitating successful collaborations through effective alliance management.
Our dedicated business development teams are responsible for scouting for late-stage opportunities as well as facilitating the transactional aspects of the deal. Our R&D strategy teams are tasked with sourcing innovation from both inside and outside the organisation, particularly for pre-Phase IIb assets, and are involved in the evaluation process of all deals from day one.
